I've talked to a couple of people about Dragon.  Both said they liked the program after the initial breaking in phase.  Both of the people I spoke to were using Windows 7 and Office.  The lawyer  uses it mainly for typing up briefs.  A friend's husband uses it for school, budgeting and scheduling at work.  Both are satisfied with what they use it for.  I haven't found anyone yet who uses it with Windows 8, which is what I'm running.
