CW Solutions is now looking to appoint a Real Estate Document Specialist with one (1) or more years of experience handling real estate transactions, including knowledge and familiarity with deeds, leases, easements, title and survey.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Duties include reviewing and categorizing the information appropriately within an existing database.
• Ability to observe patterns in database activity including entering data into an existing database.
• Ability to examine Deeds, Easements & Licenses.
• Ability review maps/surveys (knowledge with directional familiarity).

Skills and Experience:

• Candidates must have a High School Diploma, some College a plus and one to two years of experience in land title or abstracting background.
• Competence in using Excel/Word skills/Adobe PDF office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Office software & Microsoft 365/Sharepoint, Tax Maps and knowledge of databases.
• Type 50 WPM.
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented and ability to follow directions and good communication skills.
• Use discretion, good judgment, personal motivation and the ability to work independently.
