sounds like what Core Logic wants to pay me...I have been working for them for over 14 years and getting the standard fee... just got a letter in the mail telling me that my fees will now be lower..

not sure I will be working with them anymore... I have to drive 175 miles a day here in VT for the county I cover....    our current owner is $75 as well...copies extra...
