    This company only assigns commercial work with an agreed price, with the condition that if the search gets more intensive, the new fee must be approved.  You complete the search and it is more intensive, but not sent until the new price has been approved.  They will not respond to your request for a higher fee; therefore, they contact an examiner at a cheaper rate and have the search redone. Your lose. Who cares! So unprofessional.
