I have worked for one of these "Big Boys" in which he is speaking about. It is alarming as to how they are accomplishing this and why they continue. Even scarier, the other "Big Boys" are resorting to these same practices and will soon also be laying off several more trained, experienced American title searchers. I would rather not reveal anything further as I would like to continue in this business. Please e-mail me if interested to learn more. One sad side note: This off shoring practice is not working for this company, especially relating to quality. However, they are in to so deep, the CEO's refuse to admit that they could be wrong and will not withdrawal. The title Insurance business is not alone in this off shoring. Your auto, life and property Insurance Companies use this same tactic as many of us know when calling them. Not exactly an American, English speaking knowledgeable customer rep. you're speaking to when you call them!
