Hi Jason,
Wayne Schutt, the owner of Eclipse, also owns and signs checks for Revelations Abstract Services. Their phone # is 315-701-3358.
My collection efforts have led to the following possible contact info: I’ve been informed that Schutt owns 'Central Lending Services, Inc.,' aka 'CLS Direct, Inc.', phone # 315-701-0563, and more recently opened 'Warrn & Smith' phone # 307-256-6478. The information given to me is that neither of those companies list him as the owner due to his reputation, but that he actually is, and that though they are listed as being at different locations, they are all operated out of the same physical office - his. I'm told he's closing/closed Eclipse and is splitting his employees up into the other companies. Please, verify that information for yourself.
Schutt also has an interest in NY Brown Swiss cows. Check out Faithful Acres (he's quite religious, you know) on Facebook. I've been told that's him, and some of the comments answer to 'Wayne'. I think he sells cow semen, but I'm not sure.
Schutt is also the 2014 Vice-President of New York State Brown Swiss Association, and his phone number there is 315-715-1271 (email Wschutt@eclipse.com) and the address given is IVFront Genetics, 8285 Redwing Drive, Liverpool, NY, 13090. Or perhaps, one of the other officers of that association can let you know how to reach him. (www.nybrownswiss.com)
The employees I've dealt with are nice, hardworking people, and are not at fault for the mismanagement of the offices. I think it's a shame that some of them don't take the contacts they've worked with and open a company of their own. One that will work well, and that they can be proud of.
He must be a horrible business man (and person), as it seems through this information, that he repeatedly opens title companies, runs them into the ground, stiffs his abstractors, then goes bankrupt while opening new companies. Search 'Absolute'. 'Halo', 'Eclipse', 'CLS', 'Revelations' in the search engine on this site, and on 'Abstractor Watchdog'. He claimed that he didn't own 'Absolute', and that Eclipse just opened up in their office space, but he also had an email address for Absolute, so decide what you believe. It's a running theme.
Perhaps, you will be able to reach him through one of these contacts and request payment personally. You might also want to consider a complaint with the New York State Attorney's office, (check out the investigations division). Jason, I've given you all of the contact information I have and I hope it helps you to contact him, and that you get some of your money.
