Good Question Kurt.... I don't know if that is correct or not. I do know that there are a bunch of things that have changed with title fees on the HUD since they came out with this in 2010, as far as disclosure on the HUD, and showing some standardized fees. Karen Koogler's office should be able to assist in the answer or perhaps the FLTA?
