I based my prices to my clients based upon the fees I was provided by a vendor manager in MN. I dislike having to put all of my eggs in one basket early in a state, but I decided to jump and utilize said group in many MN counties.
Now I'm told they will not do work for me unless I pay for full copies on all orders. Considering I have one GREAT client that wants only a copy of the vesting deed and many others who want only pertinent pages, I'm sunk.
Their reasoning is there's too much liability by NOT including copies...Weren't we just all having a discussion about the problems involving making copies and that a lot of you found it was a burden? Comments anyone? (Or sympathy...sympathy would be nice, too.)
