Your prices are way too low for Kentucky work. The average price for a 30-year residential search in KY is $80. Average for Current owner is $60. Been doing this for as long as you. It's been my experience that the people who ask/demand low prices are the very ones that can't/won't pay their bills on time. You don't have to lowball your prices to get work.
