I am looking for the position of Title Examiner. I can work on Title Search, Current Owner Search, Two Owner Search, 24 months chain of Title, Full Search, Updates, Document Retrieval, and write up O&E reports. I have been in the title searching industry since 2007. I have recently gone out on my own as an independent contractor and I offer services on nominal charges, I assure customers with good quality and Turn around time. I dedicated to work towards client satisfaction. I can give you more than 20 O&E reports per day. For quality assurance you can send me one or two orders for checking my work. All orders will be returned ASAP. Excellent work will be provided with best accuracy. I can stay late and will be available for OT.

I also have experience in general office duties, reviewing documents, ensuring proper authorization on all documents and using a variety of computer software programs proficiently such as, Remote, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Acrobat Reader, Data Tree, Data Trace and Proform (SoftPro).
