 Where is the test search I sent you on 10/14? First, you told me you would have it to me by 9am on the 15th. On 10/16 you said all you had to do was type the report...and I told you I don't need a report, just write down how many pages, or the book/pages for the documents, and send it over...

 Now I haven't heard back from you; what is going on? This is not the best way to start a business relationship, IMHO. If you can't do it, I need to know rather than continuing to rely on your word that the search is completed and will be sent over.

 Communication is the key to any relationship--business or otherwise. This is my last resort to reach you. Please communicate with me what is going on.
