We wrote a custom application for a vendor manager, because there wasn't anything much available to support independent abstractors and vendor managers. Since then, the need for technology has only increased, so we joined forces with that vendor manager and started a software company for the sole purpose of using technology to help independent title service providers compete.
We now have a new product that is available. It tracks orders (and finds them easily when you need them), automatically loads in pricing as set by you (depending on things like county, type, client, etc.), invoices at a click of a button, loads attachments in a way that makes sense, and tracks where an order is in the process.
