Hey David,

we have used QuestXpress since its conception, since we helped in what abstractors were looking for and worked with Integrated Imaging to get it written and set up..

It has gone through a change or two since then, for the better.

You can enter all the orders or your clients can enter their own orders, track the progress and download the orders themselves if the need arises.  You can set pricing on all your services at various rates for different counties.  You can invoice and import the invoices straight to your accounting software.  You can e-mail or fax your searches straight from the system.  There are numerous ways to search for your past orders including part of yours or your clients file number, partial address, last name, county and numerous other ways as well.  Also their are numerous reports you can run to check status, work completed, outstanding and the list goes on and on.

You can access it from anywhere you have internet.

It is a great system and just for those who are curious we don't profit from others using it.

Good luck on picking the system that is right for you.

  Jay
