We did a entrepreneurship participation with one of the college's that did computer programming locally..Costs were 2000.00.. did this 2 years ago, I have never had it go down.. does most everything we need.. we did pay the students as well as the teacher.. teacher $1,000.  each student that participated (2) was $500.00 - took about 1 month to complete.  The teacher came to see what we did, how we were doing it.. actually physically did the job prior 2 trips, and after their help it turned a 3 person job into 1.  We are now paperless with all the back files in.. and save tons on ink and paper and staff time.
