We are seeking a competent and reliable abstractor/abstracting company in Pennsylvania to participate with us in a bid.  The requirements are as follows:

Able to abstract in at least 50% of counties county in Pennsylvania.

Able to perform ALL types of searches for your state.

Able to interface with/use our or the clients software platform.

Able to respond to phone / email communication in a timely manner.

Occasionally be able to work evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines.

Have your own E&O policy.

Be able to represent yourself in person or on the phone professionally.

Have a minimum of 5 years experience abstracting in Pennsylvania.

Be willing to execute a non-circumvent / non-disclosure agreement. 

Must not use third part examiners to perform work (certain exceptions allowed).
