We are a "Boots on the ground" abstracting agency.  We have excellent E&O insurance, and our abstractors are certified through training courses that keep us up-to-date on real estate changes. We have a legal title examiner that clean and clears all searches before they are returned, to make the search quicker and more accurate the first time around.

Our rates are reasonable, and depending on volume, negotiable.
