We have used their services in Indiana in the past with little satisfaction as they did not have full county coverage.  They are an off shore Indian company who use online sources to conduct searches and populates into a format I believe you can customize.  The pricing was fair, but their coverage was still being developed (this was 2012) and we could only use for limited searches.  They are more beneficial for large volume where they have good coverage.
