1. India is not doing the title searches.  Shalav and his team of around 10 people are doing the searches.

2. "the USA title searches" don't actually, when it comes down to it, have a ton to do with "the USA," but rather, more to do with the english language.

 3.  He has a better grasp on the language than you, it looks like (see, there vs. their, "frusterating")--why should I trust YOU over him to conduct these searches exactly?  You seem to think the default is that you should be trusted, that's just not good enough though.

What this has always come down to for me is, if your product is bad, or it requires less expertise to produce than you'd like to think, or you're slow or expensive--guess what?  Someone will do a better job and take your business.  Think of Uber relative to taxis.  Uber does a far better job doing what taxis do, and so when Uber starts cutting into their business, what do they say? Not, "We should get better at what we do so we can compete!"  but instead, "SOMEONE SHOULD MAKE A LAW AGAINST THIS IT'S UNFAIR."

So if you find that email you received concerning, good, it is concerning.  Just not for the reasons you think.  Get better, get smarter, get faster, get specialized, get more technologically sound. Use it as motivation and not as something to gripe about like almost everyone else on this damn site.

And guys I am going to try not to get dragged into another debate about your xenophobia and desire for protectionist measures to subsidize your profession--so please, feel free to respond but don't expect a reply.
