Precision Abstract and Tile is most certainly affiliated with All Wayne Schutt companies; Eclipse, Hallo, Revelations Abstract Services and so on. Lindsey  Brown worked for and with Wayne Schutt up till a month ago and now is running Precision Abstract and Title and everyone Lindsey owed money to that did work for Revelations  got screwed she just walked away and started this new company up with Alan Willmes whom happens to have the same address as all of Wayne Schutt's companies in NY.
