I guess a lot of examiners don't realize that the interwebs are a two-way street.  Not only are vendors able to flag deadbeat customers, but VMs can also flag examiners whose performance is less-than-stellar.  Ms. Reller's post should serve as a reminder to all of us that this is still a competitive industry and that no one is irreplaceable.
