Aren't their 'report cards' internal and for their company use only? Someone in the chain said something about the low score ruining the reputation. Don't you think these large companies implement them to get you to get your work back before all others and make sure you double and triple check that you have included everything they ask for? I have a company that uses them as well. And it is always inaccurate. It stresses people out ( as you can see on here) and they are always wrong because the company doesn't manage it properly. ( because ultimately they don't care about it) My opinion is that they are used to keep us little workers on our toes. Some consultant came up with it.
