Hello, just wanted to update all of you on using Pay Pal as a source of new clients or non payers.
We have set up Pay Pal with our business account. It took some time on the procedure on how to
and re reading the Pay Pal reply's and instructions, but it all worked as they said it would. However they do charge a 2.9 per cent on the invoice. It amounts to about 5.00 per 100.00 search which you can tell your client up front they will be charged by you a transaction fee depending on the amount of the search.
This is for business account only. They also ask for a web site. We use WIX and that worked fine. You will also need to give your Federal Tax ID, bank routing # and account#. They deposit small amounts of money into your account 14 cents 15 cents and then take it out to verify your account. You need to ck your account to make sure this is done before you can proceed.
You will use your e mail address as your account to give to your client.
We used it on our first client we did not know and it worked well. Needless to say they did not ask us to do another search but we did get paid. It is worth the effort.
Hope this will help for the New Year. Sally
