Hi,

 I live in Colorado, most companies have in house searchers.  Also, depending on where you live, you'd need to cover multiple counties since Colorado is a big, but low population state.  Denver area is much different than Southern Colorado.

You'd also need someone to mentor you as to Colorado searching and requirements.  Open range laws (enforced or unenforced), Spanish land grants, etc.
