First, let's see if my understanding of some important aspects of the title industry is about right. If so, then, my upcoming "announcement" would be relevant. After working with about a dozen or so title abstractors/examiners/researchers, it seems to me that mortgage companies, title insurance companies, banks and law firms are the four major client groups that utilize folks' title research services. If such understanding is correct, then, each of these client group may have their respective demands when it comes to the content of title report (disregard type such as one owner or two owner or full report), hence, a tool with one FORM (template) to create title reports has its limitations. Now, what if we have a tool that allows you to design your own FORMs (templates) to create any title report that meets with your clients' needs? Consider this work flow, 1) design your form(s);(2) select and use your form (generate title report); (3) view such report (download and send it to your client!)

For the above (1), the first time you spend a little bit of time designing forms, depending on your clients base... then from time to time, when new or existing client demands something else design new one...
For the above (2), you can use them MANY MANY TIMES!
What do you think of the idea?
A side note, I decide to use this forum instead of the MarketPlace because this posting is more on the side of idea sharing... and yes, an announcement may come soon...
