I was wondering if anyone knows of lawsuits that have occurred regarding errors on title reports from those outsourced to India?  To that regard, if any title company is a member here....would you share this information or is it being kept under the rug sorta speak?  Will anyone would share information about United States companies having performed online searches with missed information?  I know this is to the point and some might not share, but I am real interested if any company would be brave enough to say it's not working!
