Just want to share a piece of info with you. Today I stopped by New Handover County's admin building and noticed Office of Deeds and stopped by briefly, they told me that property title info for the county is available online but paralegal etc. needs to come to the office if they want to print out copies of recordhttp://www.sourceoftitle.com/post_message.aspx?uniq=0&unfolded=false&this#0s. So, if other counties in most states have similar practice and the title report customers expect copies of records they would need to hire local title researchers... but probably the truth is some title report customers cut short (without requiring copies of records, hence outsourcing for cheap..), is such assessment about right?
