I figured I would cross post this here from the Resume board. 

I am an experienced Ohio Title Abstractor accepting new clients in the following counties:

Tuscarawas, Holmes, Coshocton, Stark, Carroll , Harrison, Belmont, Guernsey

Answers to common questions:

1. I live in the area and physically conduct research in person at the county courthouse.

2. I operate as an LLC and carry E&O Insurance.

3. Turn-around time is usually 24 to 48 hrs. However, document retrievals from Tuscarawas are usually same day since my office is close to the courthouse.

4. I can do residential, commercial, and mineral searches. Residential and (relatively) simple commercial searches are conducted for competitive flat rates plus copy costs. Complex commercial searches would need to be for a negotiated rate. All mineral searches would need to be for a negotiated rate.

5. Bulk pricing available if you ask.
