The Big Mortgage & Title companies have been compiling Title Plants and hoarding abstractors into cubicles for over a decade.  Then came the Indians & Malaysians who took advantage of a situation the big companies created.  We did not create the situation but it is "the internet of everything".  Its also Capitalism 101 in a global economy.  The simple searches have been drying up for years now and as more Title Plants are created and more records are online this is only going to get worse.  It didn't start with the "Indians" and it will not finish there.  The Current Owner may be bread and butter but the Meat & Potatoes changes from decade to decade and that is where we need to concentrate.  There was the cellular boom, then the O&G boom, now it seems to be ROW and Commercial.  We must understand the climate and adapt accordingly.  I don't know what "next new thing" tomorrow will bring but that is what we must be prepared for.
