Probably by now many of you have heard of me and my title report tool and because I'm a direct person, in the process I may have unintentionally stepped on someone's toes, so, bear with me.

It is said that most counties in the mid west states despised title search job outsourcing to foreign countries.   I commend them for that.   Nothing wrong with capitalism but Adam Smith could never imagine technology today would put competition on unfair footing and if he knew probably the orthodox supply and demand theory would be different than what is being preached.
