If you asked an Independent Abstractor (local boots on the ground. May be part of various Abstractor panels)... What would they say are the top 3 things that an end user like FA could do to influence turnaround time of their orders versus other end users? Example: Payment terms, rate, clear search requirements, technology, etc. Please advise.
