I know what my answer is (*no thank you*) but has anyone been approached by an out of towner who wants you to produce back titles for them.  This would be due to their inability to get computerized records prior to a certain date in the Registry.  

My sense of it is that the liability would be huge and not something I want any part of.  What would happen if a mistake was made by them on the front end or if they didn't give you enough information and you wound up not doing enough title work (I am thinking of appurtenant easements or extra parcels) in the back.

I have been approached by several out of county examiners who want to be able to expand their business into territory that is somewhat beyond their reach geographically.  I have heard from a couple of other people who have also been approached with this kind of request and their answer was absolutely not as well,
