I wonder if there's any title organization / association at national level or state level that has conducted some thoughtful survey on the ways abstractors / title researchers generate title reports.  My understanding is, probably many use Word template, some use my Title Report and some other use other title report tool, and others even still hand write title reports.

I'm also interested in finding those who're interested in this question.
