I worked for ISGN a few years ago.  Not sure if it's the same company.

I didn't have a particularly pleasant experience with them.  ISGN is out of India and they sent me all the crap titles that they couldn't do remotely.  Since they had been sitting on these orders for a few days- by the time they sent them to me - each and every order was a "super rush" followed by a blizzard of emails and phone calls looking for the work.

The end came with a $10 doc retrieval order in Essex North where the Registry had failed to scan a document and couldn't find the original in their files.  As a courtesy to this company, I handled all the phone calls with the staff at the Registry as I could see, by the responses to my emails, that ISGN had no clue as to how to take care of the situation.  The emails & phone calls from them asking me about looking for this missing document increased to the point where I was spending way too much time explaining the situation (over & over again) to ISGN.

They sent me a cancellation notice once it finally became clear to them that the Registry had made a mistake and that it was going to take some time to fix the error.  It seemed that they were planning to not pay me $10.00 for a doc retrieval because there was no doc to retrieve - never mind all the work I had voluntarily put in trying to sort this out for them lol.

After that I was done with them forever.

I also found that negotiating fees was painful - they wanted the max for the minimum - but I will also say that I never had a problem getting paid
