Our clients are asking us to enter our results and fees into a proprietary website that their clients can access in addition to e-mailing results and an invoice to them.  I suppose we could just stop invoicing all together and trust their system to track our fees and payments ... not.

I am not grumbling about doing additional or duplicate work without getting paid for it, that seems to be standard any more and we have always bent over backwards to please the client.  What I object to is the implication that we should be happy about it, or that it is somehow making our job easier.
