Yesterday I found several very old messages in the Marketplace Forum that had been pushed to the top by recent comments. All the comments were identical and from the same source. Athira Nithin asks us to "Please send your coverage and pricing to orders @ vistroinfo.com".

Please don't send this troll anything until you know who they are.

Who is VIstro Info?
According to their website they are a US based BPO Outsourcing and Consulting company specializing in title search which they describe as " hypothetical thought that implies one or more individuals have the property recorded on the substance of the title".

They have rented a mailbox at a UPS store in Middletown, Delaware to substantiate their claim of being US Based.

Their LinkedIn Page describes Vistro Info as a BPO Services, IT Solutions, Job placements and Digital Marketing firm started in 2015 and headquartered in Bangalore India.

If you are comfortable sending your pricing and coverage list to these people maybe you should ask yourself why a company in India that describes  title search as a "hypothetical thought"  is collecting pricing information from professional abstractors in the US.
