ISGN was formerly FISERV and prior to that they had another name and it wasn't General American, North Star Title. They've not been around for 30 years ........ I worked for them for 4 years until FISERV sold out to ISGN and then they sent their work offshore after we trained them. They only use outside abstractors where they cannot obtain the info online and may pay at the beginning, but then they start holding up payment by nit picking every report......
