[-] Why are abstractors difficult to work with? - Don (Chunshen) Li/FL (14 replies)
8/14/2016 4:47:43 PM (2925 views)

First of all, forgive me for the not-so-upbeat subject line but this is my experience in working with abstractors in the last year or so.  Now, let me thank all my abstractor clients before I go further.

When my Title Report tool was first announced on this forum some eight or nine months ago, it immediately drew considerable interest.  Ok, my price offering was a bit high then but I was and am flexible and was and am willing to lower it.  Some odd thing seems to have happened that discourages abstractors to sign up to use my tool.

Now, if you say, "because you (me) are originally from China, China has taken a lot of American jobs, so, I hate you, not wanting to do business with you (me)", then, is that my fault?  I've been in this country for some 25 years now!   What else?   Powerful not deeply evil intel bastards creating problem / making my life in the US impossible?   Nothing impossible.  Then, it begs the question, are they human beings?  I believe human beings MUST at least have some decency!!!

Sorry for the OT.
