I don't think I understand your "gripe," but first I need to clarify that NALTEA and Source of Title are two completely separate entities.  I have served on the NALTEA board and as an officer in the past (as I encourage everyone to do), but I am not currently serving.  

Second, in what ways are NALTEA and/or SOT not including "all independent examiners."  Source of Title was created for all title professionals, but particularly independent title examiners.  So, I guess I don't understand how you feel excluded.

NALTEA, is primarily focused on independent title examiners. Forming another organization would seem redundant, in my opinion.

Sorry, I just don't think I understand what you mean.
