* Not sure if handwritten title report is legible across board.

* Not sure if all the title insurance companies, law firms or banks that requires title service have their own fillable PDF forms.  Besides, getting familiar with each of them seems hassle.  But if it's a major client that's another matter

Regarding typing, not sure if you present handwriting documents for all your other activities (business or private) in this age...   One's typing skill can improve.  Just consider its benefits...
