Well, my only comment to this is "Lucky you, Elisa"  you are one of the very few.  Are you an abstractor in Wayne County, PA?  If so then, maybe you can refer them to another abstractor, as all of the abstractors that I know within that county are refusing her work, as she is known to be a non- paying customer.  To date, I have yet to receive payment from this company and her ten days are almost up.
