My web-based Title Report tool is reasonably popular.  I usually charge a $200 one time fee to set it up for an abstractor and then $15 monthly fee for the hosting cost.  Now, I'm considering to offer it to you at a half price of $100 provided you get a few other abstractors to come on board as well, that is, if we have have 6 to 10 abstractors want to sign up with this Title Report tool noe, I'll only charge each of you half price of $100 each.  Consider it pre-Christmas offer.
