Good day! I used to have almost 9 years experienced on a real estate industry serving a well known Title Insurance Company, with that employment background and skills, I believe I am suitable for this job post.
I was a previous streamline title examiner on all states in US for 3 years and I've been a title examiner too for National Commercial Services for a year, then got promoted to be a Team Lead and after a year, promoted again as Quality Lead because of being productive and consistent on giving high quality output for our clients and customers. I am exposed to different types of documents and search engines such as tax, appriaser/GIS, recorders site and many more. I am proficient too in any MS Office, most especially on excel and word. I am flexible, self starter, has a can do attitude and a quick learner as well.
I am willing to share and apply all my acquired skills and best practices that I've learned from the past to make this job a successful one.
