Hi:

I have my own LLC with my own E&O insurance policy. I am available to take on new clients for work in all NY counties for residential and commercial title reading, survey reading and consulting. I have 10 years experience with some of the largest agents and underwriters in the NY area. I have worked under many of the industries most well-respected professionals. I have much working knowledge of bankruptcy, estate, foreclosure, condominiums transactions. Most of my work has been high-end residential and extremely complicated commercial transactions but I also do residential as well. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I have a 24 hour turn around time, barring any unforeseen title issues. Have a terrific day!

As a title reader/officer I have experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment, reading and analyzing property records and legal documents in order to produce title commitments and foreclosure certificates for residential and commercial properties in all New York counties. My daily responsibilities also include but are not limited to: reading surveys, drafting legal descriptions, preparing zoning lot exhibits and working on portfolio projects. With my ten years of working experience in the title insurance industry I have learned this industry is constantly changing and I am always up for a challenge.

I have also done in-house title examinations using ACRIS (Automated City Register Information System for the boroughs of the City of New York) and other county websites, where available and have working knowledge of websites for PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records), New York Unified Court System, State of New York Banking Department, New York Department of State Division of Corporations, NYC.gov, and New York Department of State Uniform Commercial Code Public Inquiry System UCC Lien Search and many others.
I am currently looking for remote full-time or part-time per diem work. Please feel free to contact me with any questions
