I just read on another public board that there was something in American Banker that CFACTs was sold.  Poster also had not been paid, but thought there was a problem because the company lost one of its biggest clients.  The poster's contact had also left the company.

 Sorry no help here.  Just sharing that some signing agents are having the same problem that you are.
