We put a policy in place a few years ago of not taking on any new out of state clients. We have one outstanding invoice from this company. The order said their address was in Newark. I thought it was Newark, Ohio, not Newark, De. It is entirely my fault for taking the order and doing the search. Now we are having a difficult time getting paid. When you call them and IF you can get them to answer the phone their English is so broken and their accent is so thick it is very difficult to understand them. I will never deviate from this policy ever again and this is the reason why. This is nothing but theft of services.
