What good does a "no find fee" do you, if they do not plan on paying in the first place?

Seems like the only "real solution" to protect your business is to demand a non-refundable

retainer fee to apply against the possible search cost. If they will not front that, then they should

be "sent packing" to look for another sucker who wants to work for free.
