We have done work for Landsel off and on over the years. Payment is sporadic. The processors tend to order a lot of copies with the title search request, but then the management doesn't like to pay for the copies once received and billed. Some of the counties that we provide title search services are not on line and the copies are $2.00 per page and with the amount of copies requested with the initial order the copy fees can run up higher than they are used to in their base county of Franklin County, Ohio.
