At one time they were one of my biggest clients and paid in a timely manner.  Then they disappeared for 1 1/2 years.  In January they sent 3 orders -  then crickets.  I had to make 5 calls before getting a person on the phone to discuss the outstanding invoices.  I was told it was a "glitch" with their system.  I was told last week that they had it fixed and I would be paid but couldn't tell me when.  I I'm still waiting for payment.
