Source of Title Forums: Virtual Office Address

I just received a query from Meridian Title Abstracts that listed a New York address. I found nothing on this company either on this site or when I tried a Google® search on the company. The person making the query is not listed in the staff directory of Meridian Title Company and I doubt they are associated with that company, but their company just has a similar name.

I did a Google® search of the address and discovered that 100 Church Street NY NY 10007, 8th Floor is a company that provides virtual office space to its clients. This isn't immediately revealed by just looking at the building on Google Maps.

I am not willing to waste my time working for a company that may or may not really exist and I can't be sure will actually pay for the services rendered.
