These folks have been blocked and shut out of my system. I did a commercial current owner for the them and they refuse to pay what I billed for. It was ordered as an LLC? Really I need to call you to say its commercial? You don't know what your sending out? That is just plain pathetic. You are not a "big" corporate entity that doesn't scrutinize what comes from your clients. You are greedy and cheap. The search was extensive and Donna Gilmore, April Hunt and Norman Dasinger send me $45 bucks for a $225 bill. I hope examiners pay attention to this post and BEWARE....Southern Land & Title from Gadsen Alabama are scheisters and dealing underhandedly. Making money off the backs of our good work!
